This product is heat treated in response to shock and vibration during high-speed press. As hardness is more than 50HRC, this product can bear high load enough to deform copper based alloy and maintain accuracy for long time. In addition, solid lubricant is arranged in the shape of ring for smooth minimal stroke, and higher performance and longer operation life are achieved.

Solid lubricant is optimally arranged considering small stroke of inner guide. Solid lubricant coating prevents abrasion, and maintains long term precision in high speed and high load environment. This type can also be used without lubrication but lubrication for fitting is recommended for first time. The lifetime of guide can be also substantially extended in combination with oil.

This type uses high hardness special copper alloy which is more than 34HRC hardness, and has excellent abrasion resistance. Lubricating ability and heat conductivity of copper alloy reduces the evolution of heat, and prevents seizing due to unbalanced load.

Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is used as solid lubricant, and low cost is achieved due to the change from precision honing which is used for precision type to grinding.
