Guide post for fixed stopper
The phenomenon called "retainer rising" where ball retainer rises during operation may be notably occurred in high speed and small stroke press processing. As fixed ball retainer stopper corrects the movement of retainer, setup time such as die maintenance etc. can be reduced. Additionally the positioning of retainer is facilitated when assembling die set.

This product is ideal for application which is unsuitable for lubrication or hopes to reduce the frequency of lubrication.
