Since bush was adhered to fit the post pressed fit to holder, pitch error is eliminated and even clearance is obtained. This type is commonly used as low cost and high precision plain guide.

Removable guide post is easily removable and has high squareness for die holder. Squareness tolerance is defined in half that of press fit guide post in our inspection criteria. This type is higher precision than post press fit type.
Post is mounted so that flange area contacts completely.
RO Ball guide type WO High density ball guide type

Retainer : Standard, high density type
Because this ball guide has excellent abrasion resistance and seize resistance, it needs less lubricant and ball as guide makes it easy to attach and remove upper and lower units in assembly. As bush embedded ball guide is adhered to fit the post, pitch error is eliminated and even preloaded amount (ball preload amount) is obtained. This type is widely used as low cost ball guide.
We also offer high density type whose rigidity is enhanced by increasing the number of ball in retainer.

Contact of ball guide to post/bush is point contact, on the other hand, that of roller guide to post/bush is line contact due to its special shape.Ball guide contacts point to post/bush, on the other hand roller guide contacts line to post/bush due to its special shape. Therefore it bears larger load than ball guide and achieves high guidance accuracy. Additionally replacement of guide is easy due to clamp guide type.
HS Needle roller guide type
