Wearable Device

OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) displays are thinner and weigh less than other displays such as LCD (Liquid Crystal Displays).
OLEDs also consume less power, making it possible to reduce the capacity and size of the batteries used in the final product.
Thus, OLEDs can be used to make wearable devices smaller and lighter.

Our OLEDs feature a uniquely developed element configuration to increase luminous efficiency, making the display bright and highly visible.
It is easy to see not only indoors but also under daylight, making it comfortable to use in any location.

Many wearable devices come with touch screens.
We manufacture OLEDs with touch keys, which can be easily add touch functionality, reducing the manpower and cost of procurement and manufacturing.

We handle not only glass OLEDs, but also film OLEDs in which the substrate is replaced by a film.
Film OLEDs are even thinner than glass and can be fixed in a bent position.
This makes it an ideal display for cylindrical housings that are designed to be wrapped around the wrist or arm.

Our film OLEDs and glass OLEDs are already widely used in wearable devices such as wristwatches and activity meters.
