空用受信機の模倣品に関するご注意

お客様各位
平素より弊社製品をご使用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
最近、弊社空用受信機（R7008SB）と外観上容易に判別のつかない模倣品※1が、東アジア地域でオンライン販売等を通じて流通していることを確認しております。
これらの模倣品は、第三者が弊社に無断で製造したものであり、弊社が品質を保証しているものではなく、模倣品の使用により予想できない模型飛行機の故障や不具合等を招き、墜落等による重大事故が発生する恐れがあります。
これら模倣品のご購入、ご使用によってお客様に発生した損害・損失等の不利益について、弊社では一切責任を負いかねます。
つきましては、模倣品を誤って購入されたり、使用いただかないよう、弊社製品をご購入の際はご注意いただき、信頼のおける所在が確かな販売店でご購入くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
万が一、弊社製品の模倣品や疑わしい製品が販売されているのを見かけた場合や、ご購入された製品について疑問がございます場合は、弊社までご遠慮なくお問い合わせくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
また、模倣品の流通を確認しているのは、現在、東アジア地域となりますが、他の地域におきましても同様にご注意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
なお、弊社は、お客様の安全や財産を脅かす悪質な模倣行為を決して許しません。今回発見した弊社空用受信機の模倣品を製造・販売する業者に対しても、しかるべき法的措置を講じております。
弊社は、全てのお客様に弊社製品を安心してお使いいただけるよう、今後も、市場調査等を積極的に行い、模倣品を発見した場合には、知的財産権その他の権利に基づき、これらの模倣品を製造・輸入・販売する権利侵害者に対して、書面での警告、行政上の取締り、刑事告発及び民事訴訟を含む法的措置を講じて参ります。
※1 模倣品とは、産業財産権(特許権、実用新案権、意匠権、商標権)を侵害し、消費者を権利者の真正品と誤認させる恐れのある製品を指します。
「純正品」と「模倣品」の見分け方の例

1. ブロックコネクタのベース部分が異なる。

「純正品」のブロックコネクタのベース部分は複数ピンのブロックとなっておりますが、「模倣品」はピン毎に分割されております。
2. 筐体のノズルゲート痕中心からアンテナ線の引き出し部側の筐体の辺までの距離が異なる。
純正品
模造品
筐体のノズルゲート痕中心からアンテナ線の引き出し部側の筐体の辺までの距離について、「純正品」は約2cmですが、「模倣品」は約2.3cmとなっております。

Notice Regarding Counterfeit Futaba RC Aircraft Receivers

Dear Valued Customers:
Thank you for your patronage of Futaba and continued support of our products.
We have recently confirmed that counterfeit products* that are difficult to distinguish from our genuine RC Aircraft Receivers (R7008SB) are being distributed through online commerce in East Asian countries.
These counterfeits are being manufactured by third parties without our authorization, and therefore we obviously do not assure their quality. The use of such counterfeits may result in failures or defects in the operation and it may cause serious accidents such as crash of model airplanes.
Futaba Corporation is not responsible for any accidents, damages or other losses resulting from the purchase or use of such counterfeit products. We appreciate your understanding.
Therefore, we ask all our customers to be careful not to purchase counterfeit products. When you intend to purchase our products, please be sure to do so from authentic distributors to avoid any mistaken purchase or use of counterfeit products.
Please feel free to contact us if you find any counterfeit or other suspicious products, or if you have any questions at all about purchased products (see Inquiries section below).
Currently, the counterfeit products have only been found in East Asian countries, but we highly recommend our customers in other countries or regions to be careful as well.
We are very concerned about our customers’ safety and property, and will never tolerate malicious counterfeiting that infringes on your rights and interests. Regarding the counterfeiting of our RC Aircraft Receivers, we have taken appropriate legal action against the manufacturers and sellers involved.
We at Futaba Corporation will continue to take decisive steps, including legal action and market research, toward eliminating counterfeit products from the market for our customers’ safety and security. If we find any more counterfeit products, we will take legal action based on our industrial property rights (including written warnings, administrative raids, criminal prosecution and civil litigation) against those who manufacture, import or sell such products.
* “Counterfeit products” refer to products that infringe industrial property rights (patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, and trademark rights) and may cause consumers to mistake them for the genuine products produced by the right holders.
Examples of How to Distinguish Counterfeits from Genuine Products

1. The bases of the block connectors are different.

The bases of the block connectors of genuine products contain several pins while those of counterfeit products contain only one pin each.
2. The distance between the center of the nozzle gate mark on the housing and the side of the housing from which the antenna cable extends is different.

The distance for genuine products is about 2cm while that for counterfeit products is slightly longer at about 2.3cm.
