Two types of small Full-Color Organic Light-Emitting Diode Displays (1.1-inch and 1.3-inch)

Today Futaba announced the development of two types of new high-brightness, high-definition full color OLED display products for consumer use (ELF1102AA and ELF1311AA). Recently, many audio, mobile communication, wearable, gaming, IoT home appliances, and medical devices are equipped with monochrome displays of about 1.0 to 2.0 inches. There are growing needs for higher brightness, higher resolution, and colorization to improve the display quality. In the past, we have supplied six types of monochrome OLED displays and two types of full color OLED displays in these sizes as our standard products to many of our customers, but in order to meet the needs of the market, we have developed new 1.1-inch and 1.3-inch full color OLED displays with high brightness and high definition.
These products achieve more than 1.5 times*1 higher luminance than conventional products due to the original development of organic material compositions with high luminous efficiency. By replacing your current monochrome display with our full color OLED display, you can create a sense of luxury with a beautiful display and contribute to the development of user-friendly products that are easier to read. Mass production is scheduled to start in early January 2022.
We will continue to expand our standard lineup and contribute to our customers' product development in all aspects of design, price, and delivery.

Features of Futaba Full Color OLED
- Good color reproducibility and chromaticity sustainability by white + RGB color filter method
- High contrast with near perfect black, create a sense of luxury
- It's high brightness and long life is achieved by using the same organic material as used in our automotive OLEDs.
- An optional touch keys can be added.
