You can monitor the resin temperature conditions in the mold in real time by displaying them as waveforms using commercial measuring devices, data loggers, and other equipment.
The optical fiber infrared method has achieved high responsiveness of 8 ms to keep up with the resin temperature that changes every moment in the mold. It will optimize the following: dwelling, cooling conditions, nozzle temperature, mold temperature, molded product release temperature, and molding cycles.

The sensor guides the infrared rays emitted from the resin to the pre-amplifier through the optical fiber and converts it to electric signals. Then, the main unit of the amplifier performs digital processing and outputs temperature signals.
