In-Cavity resin pressure measuring system

You can monitor the internal pressure conditions in the mold in real time. A reference waveform (a waveform for a good product) saved beforehand and alarm signals caused by waveform variations are used to detect failure and determine molding conditions.

Measured waveform

You can monitor the pressure conditions in the mold in real time by displaying them as waveforms using designated measuring software. Saving a waveform of a good product as a "reference waveform" allows you to determine molding conditions even in a different molding environment. Setting a region for alarm monitoring will help monitor defective products such as a short shot and over packing in mass production.
