There are 2 types of pressure sensors –straight pin and stepped pin, and pins are φ0.8-φ3.0 in diameter.
- Sensor’s pin can replace existing ejector pin due to its same shape as ejector pin
- Pin can be cut to fit the size of mold. (We can also process the pin.)
- Low-cost pressure sensor is developed by our own technology.
There are 2 types of temperature sensor -ejector pin type and straight pin type, and both pins are φ4 in diameter.
- Infrared optical fiber is used.
- Fast response: 8ms（63.2% response）
- Resin temperature of 60ºC-430ºC is measurable. (Maximum measurable temperature varies depending on the combination of sensor and amplifier.)

There are 2 types of temperature amplifies -the hybrid type which can simultaneously measure pressure and temperature, and the type which outputs analog voltage for measured value.
